Being silent on stage is a big change of pace for Ashley. She is an alumnus of Toronto’s Second City Mainstage where she co-wrote and performed in the Dora-nominted show Tazed and Confused. She is the proud recipient of two Canadian Comedy Awards, one for her ensemble work in “Show Stopping Number: The Improvised Musical”, and, more recently, for her ensemble work with her Second City Sketch partners. If you could hear her voice, you might recognize it from a few cartoons. Ashley is also an accomplished writer whose work has been published in The Toronto Star, EYE Weekly, and NOW Magazine.
